Sprinkle garlic powder on both sides. Rub melted butter on both sides. (must use real butter). Let set for 20-30 minutes, while the grill is getting hot. Put steaks on grill and turn heat way down. Don't over cook. I usually make extra so we have leftovers! Enjoy!
Home Cooked Butter Venison Recipe
What You Will Need:
- Venison
- Flour
- Real butter
- Lawry's season salt
- Black pepper
- Garlic salt
- And for those who like some spice (tobassco sauce).
Directions:
- On a skillet melt a few tablespoons of butter and cut venison pieces about 1/2 inch thick.
- Coat venison lightly in flour and put in pan.
- Let it cook for a few minutes (to your preference) then lightly coat the top side with the seasonings mentioned.
- Flip and season the other side. It will come off Carmalized with butter and tender as can be.
Tip: great if you love steak and have some less tender cuts to cook.

What You Will Need:
- 1 Sleeve of Ritz Crackers
- 1 Box of Shore Lunch Batter
- Milk
- Canola Oil
- Lemon and Pepper (For seasoing)
- 1 Paper Grocery Bag
Directions:
- Soak fish in milk.
- Crunch up Ritz Crackers and mix with Shore Lunch in your paper grocery bag.
- Add fish, and shake in bag for 30 seconds.
- Pan fry in canola oil until golden brown.
- Season with lemon and pepper.
- Enjoy!
