    Ingredients:

  • 3 or 4 duck breasts
  • Jar of sliced jalapeno peppers (or fresh peppers)
  • 1 block of cream cheese
  • 1 pack of bacon
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • Deer Steaks on Grill

    Sprinkle garlic powder on both sides. Rub melted butter on both sides. (must use real butter).  Let set for 20-30 minutes, while the grill is getting hot. Put steaks on grill and turn heat way down. Don't over cook. I usually make extra so we have leftovers! Enjoy!

    Home Cooked Butter Venison Recipe

    What You Will Need:

    • Venison 
    • Flour
    • Real butter
    • Lawry's season salt
    • Black pepper
    • Garlic salt
    • And for those who like some spice (tobassco sauce).

    Directions:

    1. On a skillet melt a few tablespoons of butter and cut venison pieces about 1/2 inch thick.
    2. Coat venison lightly in flour and put in pan.
    3. Let it cook for a few minutes (to your preference) then lightly coat the top side with the seasonings mentioned.
    4. Flip and season the other side. It will come off Carmalized with butter and tender as can be. 

    Tip: great if you love steak and have some less tender cuts to cook.

    What You Will Need:

    • 1 Sleeve of Ritz Crackers
    • 1 Box of Shore Lunch Batter
    • Milk
    • Canola Oil
    • Lemon and Pepper (For seasoing) 
    • 1 Paper Grocery Bag 

    Directions:

    1. Soak fish in milk.
    2. Crunch up Ritz Crackers and mix with Shore Lunch in your paper grocery bag.
    3. Add fish, and shake in bag for 30 seconds. 
    4. Pan fry in canola oil until golden brown.
    5. Season with lemon and pepper.
    6. Enjoy!
