Home Cooked Butter Venison Recipe

What You Will Need:

  • Venison 
  • Flour
  • Real butter
  • Lawry's season salt
  • Black pepper
  • Garlic salt
  • And for those who like some spice (tobassco sauce).


  1. On a skillet melt a few tablespoons of butter and cut venison pieces about 1/2 inch thick.
  2. Coat venison lightly in flour and put in pan.
  3. Let it cook for a few minutes (to your preference) then lightly coat the top side with the seasonings mentioned.
  4. Flip and season the other side. It will come off Carmalized with butter and tender as can be. 

Tip: great if you love steak and have some less tender cuts to cook.
